The measure, introduced by state Sen. Dennis Damon, is entitled, “An Act to End Discrimination in Civil Marriage and Affirm Religious Freedoms,” CNN reported Wednesday.

Dear Dennis, I am sorry to hear that you support the Gay Rights. I don’ t think it is discrimination at all to not support that way of thinking. If you and others are familiar with the bible it is clearly not acceptable. I am and am not surprised that some people still support this act. I do not agree with that way of thinking. We can love the people but not agree with the life style. I hope you rethink about this bill that you are trying to get passed. Thanks for listening. DeeDee Shields
